職責:

  • 負責日常數據輸入至 Excel 文件及公司系統

  • 提供行政及運營支援

  • 處理一般文書工作

  • 負責一般辦公室事務

  • 協助處理業務產生的臨時任務

要求:

  • 持有高級文憑/副學士或以上學歷

  • 注重細節,一絲不苟

  • 精通 Excel 操作

  • 具備良好的表達及溝通能力(流利粵語及英語,懂普通話者優先)

  • 積極主動,有責任感

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily data entry into Excel files & system

  • Provide administrative/operational support

  • Perform general clerical works

  • Responsible for general office duties

  • Facilitating ad hoc requests arising from the business

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma / Associate degree or above

  • Attentive to details

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Good presentation and communication skills (fluent in Cantonese & English, Mandarin is a plus)

  • Self-motivated and responsible
